    Water.....something we take for granted but have you considered just how important it is to us? I generally ask clients who come in for body work how much water do they drink; generally I find all generations of people are not drinking enough water.     Psoas - Is it the key to everything?

    This is fascinating muscle, attaches in the region of the T12 and lesser trochanter of the femur and it allows us to flex forward or in other words it contracts the thigh and torso towards each other and it allows us externally rotate the hips.     I’m a regular at Kim’s fantastic restorative yoga class and each week she asks us whether we have any aches and pains.     The Emmett Technique was originally brought over from Australia by a chap called Ross Emmett. He created a therapy that can used as either a pain relief or relaxation/maintenance treatment.
