Particularly as the outside temperature drops. Rest and Be Thankful!

At the ripe old age of 51 I've begun notice just how little rest we get! You can see both muscles on the right side of

What does the first treatment feel like?

I’m a regular at Kim’s fantastic restorative yoga class and each week she asks us whether we have any aches and pains. I have been having problems with my shoulder for many years and Kim always gives me some advice about stretches that will help, after yoga it would feel better but as the week wore on it would stiffen up again. I was hoping that the problem would go away by itself but the shoulder has gradually been getting worse. I use a computer and mouse every day and th

Why would you try the EMMETT Technique?

The Emmett Technique was originally brought over from Australia by a chap called Ross Emmett. He created a therapy that can used as either a pain relief or relaxation/maintenance treatment. Emmett Technique is becoming more and more popular in the UK, in fact there are at least 6 Emmett Practitioners in Worthing and the surrounding area. The Emmett Technique is a Complementary Therapy in a similar way to Reflexology or Acupuncture. As a pain relief technique I have seen many
