    Arrgh my back!

Does this sound familiar? One minute you are happily going about your business and then you bend over to to pick up a stray sock or reach up for your cup for morning coffee and suddenly your back twinges? 10 mins later the twinge has turned into a nagging backache! My clients will frequently say 'I just reached for, or I bent over and I felt this shooting pain or dull ache across my back'. In June 2016 the Daily Mail reported on some research undertaken by Imperial College L

Do experience frequent headaches or migraines? Do you rub your shoulders or neck? Taking headache tablets on a daily basis? Have you checked the position of your car seat recently? Are you aware you might slouch or roll your shoulders forward? Do you look at the ground when you are walking? How much time do you spend checking your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter accounts on your mobile phone or tablet? All of these patterns will effect the position of your head and therefore imp
