You might be experiencing TMJ or TMD (Temporomandibular disorder) and it can be quite painful and debilitating. According to Patie

Some personal background; up until recently I was an Operations Director and thrived on the adrenaline, the sense of purpose and identity I got from it. Life was very full, travelling locally and internationally, I was very fortunate, I met and worked with some very interesting people. Stress and You!

Do you feel stressed? Have you noticed you feel constantly stressed? Do you know if you are stressed? From personal experience I can identify with 'I don't feel stressed but everyone asks me if I'm stressed'! Often we're not aware of our stress levels until others question what they observe! Good Stress? Short term stress is actually good for us, it means our Sympathetic side, Fight and Flight element of our Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) is operational. Short term stress al

    Arrgh my back!

Does this sound familiar? One minute you are happily going about your business and then you bend over to to pick up a stray sock or reach up for your cup for morning coffee and suddenly your back twinges? 10 mins later the twinge has turned into a nagging backache! My clients will frequently say 'I just reached for, or I bent over and I felt this shooting pain or dull ache across my back'. In June 2016 the Daily Mail reported on some research undertaken by Imperial College L
